Great experience working with Scott. I’m a developer but I was completely new to commercial property and commercial letting. Scott literally helped me from start to finish and even once a suitable Tennant was found he didn’t stop there. He continued to source me a solicitor and help me through all the lease drafts and my crazy amount of questions I sent his way. A HUGE bonus with Scott is that he is ridiculously quick to get back to you and is willing to work outside of traditional hours unlike normal estate agents. Often if I had any urgent question or something was bothering me then I could WhatsApp him and he’d get back to me straight away. This also felt reassuring as I feel that he wouldn’t miss any calls or messages from people interested in my property. I’m hoping to work with him again moving forward

I can’t recommend Scott highly enough. Having worked in the commercial property industry for almost 20 years, I have high standards, and Scott exceeded them throughout. After speaking to several of the big agents, who were all helpful, we decided to work with Scott as he had many years experience but was also local, so understood the market potential and could also physically come and meet us, view the business and discuss what we required. The terms were no fees upfront so we did feel this would ensure Scott had a stake in securing a sale. Scott was very responsive via email text or phone calls even if it was out of hours or he was on the road. I cannot thank Scott enough for all his hard work and support in finding me tenants for my shop. It was important to get tenants quite quickly and Scott promoted the shop immediately and within days had viewings. He made me feel confident in renting the premises explaining to me how it all works and what was best for my circumstances. He vetted everyone that wanted to view the shop, creating positive clients that would be in a position to move quickly. We had 5 offers on the table which I found overwhelming and wasn’t expecting that to happen. From start to finish took just under 3 months. Scott has also said that if I have any questions after completion at any time he will be there for me, which is a relief too, knowing I have someone to turn to who understands everything about Commercial rentals and sales.
