Highly recommendable. We first got in contact with Donna & Steve in may when we enquired about a property they had for sale. It wasn't for us however they still came and valued our property. We have since viewed a couple more properties they have listed in search of our dream home. Throughout the whole experience they've been so professional, easily contactable and so very flexible and responsive when arranging viewings. We have a young family and both work quite late so being able to view properties 7days a week and even late into the evening has been so helpful for us. Although we haven't purchased our next house with Donna & Steve, they did find one that we would have offered on, however we then finally had an offer accepted a day or two earlier. Despite this we felt so grateful for all the time and effort Donna and Steve had put in, we felt the least we could do was reward them with the outstanding review they truly deserve. Highly recommendable. Experts in their field. Truly strong supporters in the local community. Extremely knowledgeable of the area they live and work.

Steve was absolutely brilliant his service was second to none, unfortunately the auction team were not so brilliant but we got there in the end. I would not recommend using the suggested solicitors called Medway they were diabolical, once we changed our solicitors they completed everything needed in the matter of days instead of Medway we waited weeks and weeks and were unable to get a response if needed. I would highly recommend Steve and his team for selling properties

I cannot recommend EweMove Coggeshall or Donna highly enough, she has been absolutely amazing. Donna was acting as the estate agent for the house I purchased, however, she was so proactive, communicative & helpful it was as though she was my estate agent! Donna was meticulous in doing all possible to advertise, check buyers and overcome the many problems and issues that arose in the sale of my flat. She and her husband produced a really excellent advertisement with first class photography. It yielded a good response and I quickly (too quickly) accepted an offer she had negotiated up to my minimum price. As things turned out I would have been better following her advice and allowing more viewings so as to have a choice of prospective sale. The whole process with EweMove (Legal and pulling information from the flat's Management Company) was efficient and smooth with any issues I had swiftly dealt with by Donna. The solicitor ( Charlotte Fairfax,Solicitor & Head of Residential Conveyancing, Merritts Solicitors LLP) that EweMove supplied was excellent and went the extra mile to see that all was done thoroughly and expeditiously. Although the whole process dragged on due to circumstances beyond control, I can thoroughly recommend the use of EweMove (Coggeshall and Braintree South) and the EweMove team as property Selling Agents. They go the extra mile!
