Hi Michelle, It took us a little while to come back to you as there were multiple offers on the table that our vendors needed to consider before making a decision at midday today which we did inform your husband of this morning. We did call and leave you a answerphone message today and informed all other parties that were also unsuccesful in their bids. Unfotunately, they have decided to go with another offer for several reasons. We are suprised that you feel this way as we thought we had always been on good terms and can only reassure you that we hold no bad feelings towards you for withdrawing the property last year and are genuinly pleased to hear that you have acheived a sale. The property market has moved on since we marketed it and we would hope that you would acheive more in the current market conditions through ourselves or not.
