FacebookI had a very easy and straightforward transaction on a commercial property I had on the market for let with Kirkland’s. Communication was great start to finish from new enquiry updates to viewing bookings which they took care of for me. I ended up with the rental figure was asking for and even better a longer term than I thought I could initially get secured. Thanks to Lisa and the team will definitely use again and recommend where possible

FacebookRoss made the process of getting the house on the market very easy. Our house sold within a few days for a price over 50% more than I paid for it 4 years ago (and significantly over home report) which was amazing. Though we had a lot of viewers, Heather organised the appointments and kept us informed so it all went really smoothly.Our buyers first solicitor was somewhat difficult to deal with, but Heather kept on top of chasing things up and pushing it along, as well as communicating with our solicitor (which was a big help). The house we are buying was also marketed by Kirklands so Heather has had double the work communicating with us, but she’s been friendly and efficient throughout. First class service, thank you.

FacebookWe very quickly had to put our 1st family home on the market after reserving a new build property. Our initial meeting with Ross was great, he explained the process and arranged the best marketing campgain for us. We dealt with Heather from the Coatbridge office once the house was officially on the market. She was so helpful, always on hand to offer advice and support, no 'silly' question as first time sellers was to difficult for her to help us with. We accepted an offer on our property 10 days after putting it on the market!Thanks again Ross, Heather and the team.

From arranging viewings to giving me advice, she has been on hand to answer any of my questions and could not be more helpful. She has taken care of everything for me and has ensured that I am up to date at all times and is just such a lovely person. I can’t thank her and the rest of the team enough. FacebookBest decision we made was to swap estate agents to Kirkland’s only 2 days on the market with Ross & his team our property sold for a staggering amount of money above home report literally had us fall off our chair🥳🍾🥂 Ross made us feel so at ease first time visiting our home we signed there and then had a stress free ride from afterwards. Special thanks to heather she truly is a asset to the Kirkland team. Could not recommend these guys more

Took our call on Sunday, visited Monday to take photos, home report on Tuesday and all in place with house on the market Thursday morning... resulting in a sale less than 24 hours later! Can't thank him enough. Great experience.

FacebookRoss, Wilma and Heather provided an excellent, personal service from start to finish. It was a far from easy sale with communication and recognition of the urgency of the process from both the buyer and their lawyer very poor. Wilma intervened on several occasions to help speed things along and without her perseverance we honestly doubt we’d be in our new house yet. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Kirkland team. The girls are very pleasent and lovely to chat to on the phone. The entire process was really pleasent and stresfree! Thank you everyone again!
