As first time sellers putting our flat on the market was quite daunting but the assistance and expertise shown by the Kirkland team has been exceptional. Gillian kept us 100% up to date with everything taking place and with her wealth of knowledge was able to answer all of our questions, putting our minds at ease. She made the experience enjoyable and exciting, she was outstanding! We can't thank you enough!

FacebookBest decision I have made was to go with Kirkland Estate Agents. Their service was first class. I cannot thank them enough. They totally took the stress out of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. our property was sold in super fast time and the offer accepted, exceeded what we first expected. I can't thank Gillian, Ross and Heather enough, they made you feel like nothing was a bother. I'm actually going to miss my daily chats with Gillian. I would highly recommend them to anyone. FacebookRoss made the process of getting the house on the market very easy. Our house sold within a few days for a price over 50% more than I paid for it 4 years ago (and significantly over home report) which was amazing. Though we had a lot of viewers, Heather organised the appointments and kept us informed so it all went really smoothly.Our buyers first solicitor was somewhat difficult to deal with, but Heather kept on top of chasing things up and pushing it along, as well as communicating with our solicitor (which was a big help). The house we are buying was also marketed by Kirklands so Heather has had double the work communicating with us, but she’s been friendly and efficient throughout. First class service, thank you.

FacebookWe very quickly had to put our 1st family home on the market after reserving a new build property. Our initial meeting with Ross was great, he explained the process and arranged the best marketing campgain for us. We dealt with Heather from the Coatbridge office once the house was officially on the market. She was so helpful, always on hand to offer advice and support, no 'silly' question as first time sellers was to difficult for her to help us with. We accepted an offer on our property 10 days after putting it on the market!Thanks again Ross, Heather and the team.

Took our call on Sunday, visited Monday to take photos, home report on Tuesday and all in place with house on the market Thursday morning... resulting in a sale less than 24 hours later! FacebookRoss, Wilma and Heather provided an excellent, personal service from start to finish. It was a far from easy sale with communication and recognition of the urgency of the process from both the buyer and their lawyer very poor. Wilma intervened on several occasions to help speed things along and without her perseverance we honestly doubt we’d be in our new house yet. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Kirkland team.
