GoogleWe’ve had a fantastic experience with Jean and Stephen throughout both selling our current home and arranging the purchase of our new property.
Jean has been brilliant from start to finish. She made the whole process incredibly easy, got our property on the market quickly and was always available to help with any questions. She did a great job handling our sale and keeping everything moving quickly, making what could have been a stressful process feel very straightforward.
Stephen has been equally excellent. As well as arranging our mortgage, he acted on our behalf when negotiating the purchase of our new home and helped us secure the property. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly to get everything arranged and was always easy to get hold of whenever we needed advice or had questions.
Both Jean and Stephen have been friendly, professional and genuinely easy to deal with throughout. Everything has moved far quicker and more smoothly than we expected, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received. We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking to sell, buy or arrange a mortgage.
