Would recommend anyone selling their house to use Alison. The first house we bought was a new build so we were completely clueless to the process of selling ours and bidding on houses and Alison was more than happy to help us with any questions we had with the process of buying a house. She was able to recomend a solicitor and a mortgage advisor for us to use. When it came to the selling of our house Alison was fantastic, she was so knowledgable. She got great photos and a video of our property which made the listing stand out on property websites, It was especially great to have her on hand to carry out the viewings on our behalf. She managed to book them in on the same days so it made it easier for them to be done all at once and she kept us updated after each viewing and updated us on offers as and when they came, we trusted everything she said and she sold our house in 2 weeks 🏡❤️

Alison was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we viewed the property we were buying, she took time to explain the full process to us and made it so easy. Our house was quickly put on the market with all home report visit and photography taken care of. Allison was on hand at all times to answer questions and also helped out by doing the viewings at the property we were selling. I’d thoroughly recommend Alison and would definitely use again in future. Thanks for all your help

When it comes to estate agents im usually unsure of them. However, Alison from AM Fagan changed that, Alison is a first class communicator and knows the local housing market very well. The advice and guidance she provided was spot on, we had a successful bid and sale just as she described. If looking for an astute estate agent look no further than Alison at AM Fagan Estate Agents.

Could not recommend Alison highly enough! Alison sold our house within a few days, she approaches everything with the highest levels of professionalism and works tirelessly to ensure that her clients are completely satisfied. In our chain there were a few hiccups both with the property we bought and the person buying our previous house, Alison went above and beyond, taking ownership of this and fought to get the issues rectified. Great person, excellent service!

Really poor, two months of no help, no effort, no support. Culminating in someone whose response at being let go was "maybe its for the best". Stay away from this estate agent or risk wasting time and money, and definitely don't pay for the photographs which were carried out on a mobile phone.

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Mrs Rochelle Nelson for handling the trading of my account.Your professionalism, genuine kindness and bluntness at times when I needed to face reality are what made me progress. If anyone is thinking of selling their home in Carnbroe then I suggest that you consider using AM Fagan Estate Agents Ltd., I asked Alison Fagan to sell my house for me mid July and it completed today. I had a verbal offer in approx 2 weeks. She handled all the viewings for me in a professional courteous manner and with her extensive local knowledge was able to answer any and all of the questions potential buyers had. I think you would find it very difficult to get this level of service at such a competitive price anywhere, including using online service.
