Am I bothered?
Having sold our house in Derbyshire through an excellent Estate Agent we then had to buy through the worst.
They just were not motivated. Nobody returned our calls. We were told the house we were interested in was under offer when it wasnt with no ' can we take your details, what are you looking for?'
The EPC on the website was not the one we received when we finally bought the property.
When I phoned for a valuation after updating the property no one was willing to come and look. We are now selling but needless to say it's with another agent.
