GoogleTommy and his team were absolutely fantastic and so helpful and knowledgeable. Their knowledge of their client base allowed my property to be sold in one day. I thought my property was not ready for sale and Tommy had a look and told me to get it on the market it sold at the price I wanted. I also bought through them and Channelle is a true professional and was able to make the buying quick and painless. With their help and listening to the themI did not have months of putting in offers and knock backs. My offer on the second property seen was accepted. They helped putting me in touch with lawyers and financial adviser. I cannot praise this company enough and recommend even if you are thinking about selling bit not sure.

GoogleAvoid like the plague! I rented a property and I their " handy man" Ronnie was meant to come to do some work, I had to.cancel as I was recovering from a miscarriage - which I informed them at the office, the very next day their handy man opens my front door with a key whilst I am laysd up in bed! My husband had to deal with him. Absolutely disgusting service and treatment. Also, when I was leaving, I have been sent transcripts of emails from the said handy man and clydebank letting agents about repairs and they were skimming money off the top. I showed the owner of the property this. STEER CLEAR!

This is not to question your experience, if this did happen to you, we are truly sorry. However, with no identifiable information or record to investigate further, we are unfortunately unable to address the situation in any more detail or provide resolution beyond what we’ve already attempted.
Please know that we take all allegations of misconduct extremely seriously. We hold ourselves and our contractors to high standards, and had we found any connection, we would have taken swift and appropriate action.

GoogleRent was always on time. Any repair requests were ignored. Dampness... painter came and painted over it. Damage to ceiling when they removed a smoke alarm... left even after requests to repair it.
Roof was in extensive need of repair... hence the dampness. "Oh, we're not fixing that. I wouldn't even ask the property owner to do that kind of work"
Of course all the outstanding jobs needing done when I moved on were still there 3 years later... and they billed me for them.
Avoid like the plague.
