GoogleI have dealt with Haywood estates for neatly three years now I am a rental customer .Kate, James and Luke have always been very professional and the small amount of repairs that Iβve needed doing have been dealt with very satisfactorily. They are always friendly and courteous, donβt hesitate to try them , kind regards Jonathan Boyd

FacebookIn my experience the team ive dealt with ; Kate , James , Luke and I think I have spoken once to βGlenβ have been brilliant , first class , any issues have been dealt with professionally and usually promptly. If I wanted to βnit pickβ Iβd say install a letterbox so you can nip out of hours to drop things off it you need to and also to be able to use aβpdq , visa machineβ you may now already have one , lol . Other than that carry on , you never know I might be able to buy a property from you one day as opposed to renting , kind regards Jonathan Boyd

GoogleHeywood are a quality estate agency with a small but skilfully trained group of staff. It was the easiest move I'd ever made and they made sure that it was a comfortable move for my partner and me. We've had no trouble and any repair requests have been met, although sometimes not as urgently as they could be. The only thing I'd advise is for them to set up a maintenance portal for tenants to log issues. It would give us a record of any repairs that need to be made, and it would streamline the entire process to ensure that repairs were made in a timely manner, as asking more than once isn't my strong suit. That aside, trust these guys. They're friendly and approachable, and they're very professional.

GoogleBad Bad Bad!! Cancelled a viewing on a rented property with a pathetic apology saying they had already taken an application. When I expressed that was unfair they said its a first come first served policy they have. Really upset. Waste of my time and waste of my partners time. If this was told to us from the start we could have viewed the property earlier!
