We went through the challenging experience of selling a house in recent months - the only previous sale of a personal property being over fifty years ago! John and his colleagues were quick, professional and supportive throughout. Appointments were kept, to the minute - not always the case in Irish business life. John's advice was concise, practical and above all on the button. The publicity was put in place swiftly and the place looked so good in the pictures that we began to wonder why we were selling. The the slower bit comes, there's viewings, some interest, a bit more interest, then offers, an agreement to purchase, then the nail-biting, will it really go through.?John was supportive al all stages, with lots of small practical points as well as the big stuff - finances etc. We're glad to be at the end of it all, but delighted with the Stokes service, and above all, we learned the value of using a local agent with local knowledge and a feel for the local market.
