I bought the house for the first time, and Michelle from Power & Walsh together with Dermot supported me a lot. Like the first time, I had some extraordinary emotions and the state of stress never ended, but Michelle kept me informed at every moment of the house buying process. Dermot was also very patient and gave me some very useful advice about the house that thanks to them became mine. I am very grateful to them, they are both very kind, genial in a word, brilliant. From start to finish in buying my house from Power &Walsh was made stess free. Having returned from England after may years, I was open to viewing many properties. Whenever I dealt with either offices' of Power and Walsh, the teams were extremely honest with me about the needs of the properties ensuring they suited my needs, allowing space and time to make decisions. They were incredible flexible and obliging when I wished to view properties. Once I choose a property, Dermot and Michelle continued with flexibility with additional viewings and most importantly, communication continued throughout. No question or query I had appeared troublesome to them and Michelle was responsive in a timely and professional manner. Undertaking such a big move could have been complex and complicated, instead, with the assistance of Dermot and Michelle, I was able to untangle a few unknowns , obtain very valuable information on what the next steps were and possible avenues of help, and the sale of the property went through easily.
