We recently purchased our house through PF Quirke and Co, and from the very beginning we had nothing but good things to say, Danny was a pleasure to deal with and was available for second viewings at any stage, he was very quick at getting back to us when new bids came in and was very responsive replying to emails when we had queries after going sale agreed! Overall any staff member that we dealt with over the course of our purchase was great to deal with, always so polite and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for anything more 🙂

I am writing to recommend P.F. Quirke and Co Ltd. Our experience selling our property was great. Compliments to Danny and team for making the process of our house sale run smoothy and keeping things in line with our purchase, communication was the key thing for us keeping us in loop along the way. Danny provided guidance throughout the entire time, always available to answer my questions, kept us informed of all developments for both sale and purchase, thanks for being supportive with the unexpected problem with the delay in our purchase, following up with things that were outside his control. We a delighted that things worked out in the end with our new home. Wishing the team all the best and thank you very much.

We had an excellent experience with P F Quirke & Co when selling and buying a house. They provided an excellent service throughout and were extremely considerate. The whole process was fast, friendly, and straightforward. Natasha was brilliant at keeping us informed of new developments and staying in touch, as were the rest of the team. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone in need of an estate agent, for whatever purpose.

Didn’t have a great experience at all the only reason I’m giving two stars is the rest of the team is so lovely and helpful, Pat on the other hand is not. He was very disrespectful to my mother and left us with the impression he was holding the house for someone else and was using every reason to make us pull back.
