TrustpilotSale Of Property
I was very pleased with the full suite of services offered by Sherry Fitzgerald. Everything was very professional and to a very high standard. The valuation I received was realistic. I was kept informed through the showings and the sale process and given regular feedback by my agent. I would highly recommend them as a real estate agent.

TrustpilotGreat experience
We had a great experience with Linda in Sherry Fitzgerald OLeary Kinsella while buying our first home. She was always super quick to respond to any questions we had, and made the whole process feel so much less stressful.

GoogleCon led the sale of my house in Clonakilty in the most professional and efficient way. I got excellent advice all through the process from both him and his team (Linda in particular) and the resulting sale price in the end was very satisfactory. We tasked Ed to sell our house and he delivered a sale 15% above asking price, just within a couple of weeks, demonstrating his commitment and capabilities. TrustpilotDISGRACEFUL SHERRY FITZHaving purchased a property from…
Having purchased a property from sherryfitzgearld ,Renovated it and then went back to the office to whom I purchased from, and asked would they be interested in marketing our property, only to be messed around by the principle of sherry fitgearld, traveling a hr to leave a key available ,this was 3 weeks ago march 2023 ,only to find no one arrived to even look at the property for pictures , measurements etc ,This is no way to treat customers ,we wouldn't treat our clients in such a fashion nor do we expect to be treated in such a hap hazzard manner .Imagine turning down a new build 3 bed house ,A rated ,and not have the courtesy to ring and say look sorry we won't be marketing your property ,even when it was this branch in cork we purchased from .☎️A SIMPLE PHONCALL OR EMAIL WOULDNT GO AMISS

TrustpilotAmazing support and a pleasure to deal with
Roseanne helped us with the purchase of our country home and couldn't have been more helpful and supportive throughout the process. She was constantly on hand and incredibly responsive. She worked with us and supported both us and the sellers throughout the process. She facilitated a successful transaction on very agreeable terms between both parties. I couldn't recommend her and the team at Sherry Fitzgerald enough.

GoogleBuying from abroad can be quite stressful, but Con O’Neill took pains to ensure a smooth experience. He always made sure we were updated about the process so that we could go ahead with confidence, provided us with exhaustive video tours and area information, and was forthcoming with local recommendations. Would work with him and his agency again anytime.

TrustpilotSherry Fitzgerald as Mortgage Brokers
My review actually relates to Sherry Fitzgerald's mortgage broker service.I was disappointed with the service but my situation was complicated by the fact that I was remortgaging and staff shortages in PTSB and in fairness to Sherry Fitzgerald when I complained they eventually dealt with it to my satisfaction. So I would simply say to potential customers that you keep a very close eye on the process as the banks are short staffed and the brokers can lose focus when it's such a drawn out process.

TrustpilotAt least lock the house up after viewings!!!
While the staff where very pleasant to deal with in general 2 things really sub standard. The first was that on visiting the house 2 days after they conducted a viewing i went to check the house and found the back door had not been locked and had been swinging open for since the view, surely one lesson of being an estate agent is lock up the house before you leave. in response i got a lame sorry. The second was that before the sale was complete the buyers want access for builders to take measurements, the sherry fitz agent then let them tear wall paper off the wall of one of the bedrooms. I asked for an explanation by phone, email and was studiously ignored.

TrustpilotTerrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with, I was looking to buy a house, we arranged for a viewing and they didn’t even show up or bother to let know they can’t come. So I was left waiting for an hour until agent finally answer her mobile phone, oh sorry didn’t you get my mail? No I didn’t. They also lie to you about the house, pushy, they don’t know anything about the house they are selling. They do know offcourse there are 3 bids on the house allready. Bad vibes tbh and will avoid them at all cost. Classic case of market leaders not caring about buyers, they deserve to go bust. I was dealing with greystones locations, avoid.

TrustpilotPurchased new house through Sherry Fitz
Bought new house where Sherry Fitz are the selling agent. They were on to me every week till the contracts were signed and after that, you will be lucky to get a reply. Never communicated about upgrade option, as a result, I now need to pay more if I want things changed because they didn't do their job. Typical "Big Company" with no sense of responsibility towards customers... There are better agents out there who will sell, let and manage your property 100 times better than Sherry Fitz so AVOID!!!
