I highly recommend Martin and his team. He has huge integrity and a wonderful communication style which gave me great confidence in the services he was offering to me, especially as I was living away and was not on the spot overseeing things on a day to day basis. Martin offers a wrap around service-the other providers he recommended such as the photographer for the listing and planning consultant for conveyancing were equally trustworthy and professional. Martin kept in very regular communication with me through the process of selling the house, and managed a setback we encountered with great skill and attention to detail. I would have no hesitation in using Martin and his team again in the future.

Thanks to Martin and Sigrid I both bought and sold property in 2022. This time last year I had no idea what the process entailed, and was quite nervous about how it would unfold, but Martin and his team were so helpful and friendly and took all the stress out of it for me. They patiently explained how to go about each step and were always available to answer calls. In particular I thought they were sensitive and diplomatic in dealing with all parties involved in the sale. I felt well represented by them with prospective buyers, and I was confident they had my back when I was looking to buy a new home. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property around Clonakilty.

We bought our first home almost 2 years ago with Martin. He was fantastic throughout the whole process. We were in contact with him very early on in the development of a new estate, and as it was during COVID, timelines were constantly changing. Martin kept us updated throughout the construction phase and was extremely helpful in answering any queries that we had at the time. On moving into our house, Martin offered help with who we needed to contact re certain services etc, he couldn't have been more helpful. We would highly recommend Martin to anyone.

Sigrid and Martin are absolute stars. My wife and I recently moved to Cloni and heard horror stories about the lack of houses to rent here. Martin and Sigrid walked with us every step of the way and found us the perfect place with the perfect landlords in a very short amount of time. Bless you guys.

We have bought a house via Martin Kelleher in September 2022. Due to unforeseen circumstances with the sale of our own house, the buying process was quite delayed. Martin and his team were extremely helpful understanding and even though we were not their clients, advocated on our behalf. This way they helped us buy our house in an extremely competitive market in our dream town! We couldn’t be happier!

Martin and the team are incredible to work with. As first time buyers we hadn't a clue what we are doing and everyone really went above and beyond to help us find our house. This included multiple visits to houses and showing our family around as well as finding out details out solicitors needed to close. I'd highly recommend them if looking in the area.

Nothing but good things to say about Martin and Jacinta! We were 2 years looking for a property in 2 different counties so dealt with countless estate agents during our process. Their professionalism, empathy and genuine interest was evident. Thank you for helping us through what is a very hard and stressful process.
