Hilton & Horsfall Estate Agents Clitheroe reviews

Hilton & Horsfall acted as my agent for a cottage I rented between 2022 to 2023 in Barrowford. I found their service and support nothing less than exceptional from every member of staff and have to be the best estate agents in the area. Mark Horsfall gave his personal attention to anything that was required and ensured that during the term rented, I was provided with everything necessary to make my stay comfortable. Thank you to a great team

We have just sold our house with Hilton and Horsfall and have found the whole experience to be second to none. After looking at their Facebook page we immediately knew we wanted to sell our house with them and we would recommend their services to anyone. We actually sold our house within 48 hours and we believe this is because of their strong social media presence and high quality, professional pictures which made our house stand out, particualry on the busy housing market.

This is the third time I've sold a property through H&H. As always the service was sublime and we received the gold standard of commitment in getting the right price for our home. Their professionalism and knowledge of house selling was fantastic - from the first contact, to photography and description, negotiation and through to completion. I couldn't recommend them any higher.

Thanks for a fantastic and professional service once again, Gavin, Mark, Teal & all your staff, for successfully promoting and letting our property within 24 hours. We wouldn’t use any other company and we highly recommend your services. Thank you again.

Provided a really good, honest and friendly service. Whereas some agents range from high pressure, to no interest at all, Hilton & Horsfall have managed to find the right balance. No broken promises, no petty disputes, and no long waiting times for repairs. Can't fault them at all.

I have dealt with Hilton & Horsfall on several occasions. They are always very courteous and professional and have an excellent "bedside manner". They keep me updated on a weekly basis, which I have found priceless and unique. I highly recommend this truly local business.

Sold 2 properties back to back for us, could not fault them. Between mark and his team they have all been great from the first viewing right through to completion. I wouldn’t use anyone else now.

A highly recommended, professional and modern estate agent in Barrowford and Clitheroe. Owners Gavin and Mark run a slick business with excellent service. Impressive property marketing with outstanding photography and first class online marketing especially on Facebook and Instagram. A great looking brand too.
