Have visited two Highbrook Homes sites and have been hugely impressed by the design and finish of these new homes, and the value for money. The only thing that prevented me from beginning the purchase process was the fact that the particular home I wanted was alrready reserved. Have worked extensively with new homes companies and there are almost always initial snagging issues. But I believe you are more likely to get them sorted more quickly with a smaller company because you will be dealing with people who have a stake in its success, rather than just a cog in a huge machine.

I don't agree with the current review, and I agree it is likely inappropriate. I can only comment on the build and design of the houses, from purchasing on another development, and I would say the standard that I can see is very similar and excellent. Very well thought out with very good use of space available to a very useful and high aesthetic degree. Doors, for instance, are solid wood and very in keeping with the rooms, those also being light and airy. Bathrooms and kitchen well designed too, I would recommend anyone to take a look around, and I would expect them to be impressed. Yes, there were the odd "teething" problems "snagging" when we moved in, as would be expected, but all dealt with by an excellent customer service and team leader. Thanks!

To billt up every one is over looking and right next to an individual park not for me

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Unfortunately, in your case, there seems to be some confusion as our site is not located next to an ‘individual park’ and the properties are high specification bungalows with a low density (not all over looking). We also have no record of you having ever visited the development.
After reviewing your public profile we understand that you are not from the area and also regret to inform you that we do not believe you are eligible for one of the homes on this development as they are exclusively for the over 55’s.
We must therefore report that this review is inaccurate.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Highbrook Homes hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Clitheroe.
