GoogleThis company valued, marketed and accepted an offer on my mother’s apartment without my knowledge. No communication, paperwork or signatures agreeing to the sale was sent to me, it was all done with the other joint executor who told them that they would inform me and there would not be an issue with marketing the property! In my opinion it is a very unprofessional way of working for a company not take the time to inform or to check that both parties have knowledge of the sale, or are in agreement for a property to be marketed other than a verbal reassurance from the other party. The lack of checks not made amongst other things has facilitated many problems for me and therefore I personally would not recommend Anderton Bosonnet.

Every party involved with this transaction has been exposed to stress including the legal representatives; a protracted sale taking 13 months to complete. You had opportunity to cancel the sale but chose to continue with the original sale to cash enabled buyers. Once again we offer our apologies. You may recall we knew your parents and enjoyed a friendly and professional relationship having sold this to them almost twenty years ago, receiving the initial instruction to value the property during your mothers tenure.
