Lloyd, Harriet and Madison were a delight to deal with from the very start of selling our thatched cottage.They clearly understood that older properties have different marketing needs to that of more modern dwellings. All through the process we were regularly kept informed of progress and given good professional advice, both of which helped enormously. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Not a good experience with this company of estate agents. We were moving to the area and arranged a viewing. The agent didn’t know much about the property, and the information they did know later turned out to be incorrect. They gave false info about the house. We then arranged a second viewing (driving from far away) and they called to cancel the viewing about half an hour before and gave no good reason. Would not wish anyone else to experience this level of service, and would not list a property for sale or let with this agent.

Hi Oliver, surprised by your comments given it was our planning team who originally obtained the planning on Barton Grange for the previous care home owner. I understand the second viewing you had booked you were not attending and sending people on your behalf. The owner requested your presence and ultimately pulled out of the deal as you wouldn’t attend. I hope you found. Best of luck for the future.

Marvellous brilliant agency and in particular Harriet, who from the very start was able to understand exactly what we were looking for and also made me laugh and enjoy the sometimes tiresome process of seeing house after house... In fact I only saw a few with her because she found the perfect house very quickly! It was a huge move from London to Somerset and there were some unforeseen hiccups along the way with the vendor, whoch Harriet bent over backwards to sort out and kept things moving! They are a brilliant agency with a hands on family feel to them and I always felt I was being looked after and helped personally, rather than just being another notch on the post, as some of the other agents did. Both Harriet and Rod were brilliant!! Can't recommend them enough!

All the members of the team that we dealt with were friendly and efficient and although they were acting on behalf of the vendors really made us feel as they were balancing the best interests of all parties. Nothing was too much trouble with regard to detail and on-going questions and they also made the effort to keep us informed of progress with the transaction so we had a clear understanding of where we were up to at any point. Finally, and most importantly, they were also prepared to provide us with the opinion and point of view on matters which we were unsure of which helped us reach a balanced decision and way forward - Thank you Lloyd and the gang

Lloyd did a great job of selling our house in Southville, we were pleased with how efficient the process was, the photos and brochure looked great, Rightlaw were their recommended solicitors that we used and they were great too! I would highly recommend. The house was sold and we were in our new place within 3 months.
