Avoid this letting agency. They are rude, unprofessional and use intimidation, aggressive behaviour and bullying tactics when you make reasonable maintenance complaints. Properties are poorly maintained and they will rip you off. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleWe had a very poor experience moving out with flatline. It was a three step process with people coming to inspect our cleaning and add charges. We were charged for an aspect we had previously reported to flatline. We were charged for many things we had cleaned thoroughly. Despite having spent 24 hours meticulously cleaning our flat which flatline had reported throughout the year we kept very clean, flatline charged us £125 for additional cleaning fees. This was for things such as re wiping down chairs we had already wiped down, re cleaning a perfectly clean toilet. When flatline came to talk through these charges with us, I was shocked by the disrespect they displayed when conversing with us. We wanted to fairly portray our points and in response flatline argued and were unprofessional in their tone of voice. After having lived in Bristol for six years, we have never had an experience of moving out of a student rental property so unreasonable.

GoogleFirst of all this company has changed its name on google to hide bad reviews. We were treated absolutely disgustingly by this agency, with slow service to repair issues and charging us for almost every room in the house to be repainted for the tiniest of finger marks. The walls were a mess when we moved in and I can confirm from the next tenants that they were never repainted when we moved out. An utter scam - avoid if possible.

GoogleSuch a scam, same as the other reviews and charging extortionate amounts for tiny marks then claimed this needed the whole wall repainted. Extremely high rent and deposit to then be charged for specks of dust at the end of the tenancy, including riduculously high charges - if you are a student, steer clear.

GoogleFlatline attempted to take our entire deposit, TWICE, for no legitimate reason. Took months of hassle with a tenancy deposit company until we got our money back. Absolutely horrible experience.
