GoogleI had a bad experience with Roost, I got accepted on a house which I was so excited about it was over a bank holiday weekend and we sent in all the paper work ASAP so I could secure it all. I found out the next day the seller may go with anothet buyer, when we tried to get information and update from the Roost they started to ignore me and my Morgage advisor I had to find out days later from the seller contacting me personally that they didn't go with me which they assumed Roost did. I found this very unprofessional and an extreamily upsetting time.
