This estate agency treats you impeccably whilst you are paying your rent and they can all sit around the office without any hassle. The moment you need their help, or god forbid you disagree or question their actions, you've lost them. We moved out of our property, received an email stating no damage and confirmation we would receive our deposit back in full. The house was cleaned from top to bottom, we took great care and are proud people. A week later, we received an email to say actually we want to bill you £400 as the kitchen floor requires replacement. Concerned, we contacted for more information, requested details about the damage and how this had all happened. To our surprise we haven't received a single response. Despite multiple attempts of contact, they will not engage and continue to ignore us. After a phone call with the TDS we learned they won't engage with them either. It is very disappointing and frustrating considering the amount of money that has been withheld in silence. We are proud people and treat people with respect. It is clear that Heidi and her team think ignoring problems will make them go away, however, we all know this is naive. Hopefully Heidi will be intouch once she reads this review. Our last ditched attempt at contact.

Moving house was a very daunting experience for us after being in our lovely little cottage for over 17 years, but we were in desperate need of more space so when we found the perfect forever home, Heidi, Heidi and Craig were with us every step of the way. We bought and sold through them and it couldn’t have been a smoother process if we tried. Regular updates and ad hoc check ins throughout the whole time. Buyers already lined up before we went on the market, just a seamless experience from start to finish. Would 100% recommend and trust Yorkshire Residential for any future house purchase/selling.
