The service i have received has been fantastic , any repairs or issues have been resolved in a timely manner , the service i have received has been professional and the team are very pro active Unfortunately due to a change in ownership of the property i currently rent , Gill will not be overseeing the management of it . We have a built a great relationship up over the years .

They manage the lets in thorough detail, ensuring compliance with all letting regulations, and arranging maintenance work to be carried out as needed via their various contacts. They send regular property reports and are very responsive to communication. They’re fair and transparent with both tenants and landlords.

Any problems with the property ( not that I had many) were dealt with efficiently. Only moved out due to owner having to sell, even then Kate/team went above and beyond to help me find somewhere else.
