FacebookWould highly recommend Conway & Christie if you are looking to sell or buy a property. The team are unique with a friendly and professional service. I had my property valued and went on the market with so much engagement with Lisa. The full team have been engaging and kept me up to date. I couldn't think of one thing I would recommend them to do differently and coming from someone with very high expectations that says something!

GoogleFirst time buy through Conway Christie. Staff lovely throughout, however as soon as the sale went through the support wasn't quite what we were hoping for. I know we had a difficult seller but quite disappointed that they didn't do a house check before the release of keys. On collection at the agents, three keys in an envelope with no other paperwork at all and that was it. A bit underwhelming.

Hi Sarah, thank you for your lovely review. Unfortunately we don't have any paperwork to give at point of completion, the solicitors provide certificates etc throughout the process, they also have all the legal paperwork so there is nothing for us to provide in addition. Checking a property before handing over keys isn't a standard procedure on completion of a sale within estate agency, only lettings. We don't always get the keys, sometimes the seller drops them with the solicitors or gives them to buyers directly. We never know what time the completion will take place with solicitors or when keys will be dropped off with us. If keys are coming into the office, the buyers are contacted and tend to call in quickly to collect them due to removals waiting etc. Unlike lettings, where we do a move in inspection to report and relay issues to the landlord, the buyer owns the property on completion and we have no legal right to access or withhold keys to check it over. I am happy to chat about this in more detail if you'd like to give me a call as we're always open to feedback and new ideas to build on and improve our service. Thank you

GoogleI bought my new house with Conway Christie and I thought everyone involved were amazing. They kept in touch when they needed to and always updated me every step of the way. I won’t be moving again in a long time but if I did I’d definitely use these to sell my house.

GoogleStarted a renting process through Sarah but unfortunately due to a change of circumstances on our side we didn’t go ahead. Sarah was very friendly and understanding, easy to get along with and very accommodating. If we ever come to move again I will be looking to use Conway and Christie, excellent communication and great staff!
