GoogleDavies have been brilliant at selling our house. Katie and Jack are a great team and got the right type of buyer through our doors. They are both genuine and really worked hard to help us. Stuart is also great - he gave us a view on how best to sell and then they went ahead and did what they promised. I would definitely recommend the Davies team to anyone selling, really nice people who want to help you every step of the way. Thank you!

GoogleThe whole process of selling was incredibly smooth with Davies. Rocco kept us up to date at every stage. Having the appointments app was great for informing us when people were booked in for viewings. The whatsapp group with Davies was also great for quick responses. GoogleFrom the outset, Roly provided an accurate guide price for our property and a sensible commission rate (without having to haggle). The marketing was very professional and we were happy with the price achieved. When getting the chain in place inevitably proved more complicated and took longer than we would have liked, Roly and Howard were always available for updates, advice and reassurance. They are definitely the go-to estate agents for Hinchley Wood.

Hi Mike We have recently been navigating some personnel changes across our Claygate and Hinchley Wood offices. Given their proximity and overlapping nature, we already operate these two branches as one team. Rather than having a single team member working on their own, we took the decision to consolidate the team for better communication and collaboration at the Claygate office, just a moment away. Team work makes the dream work as they say. Meanwhile, we are staffing the Hinchley Wood office sporadically and we are available to meet clients there on an on demand basis. We continue to update the window displays and the phones divert to Claygate when we’re not there. Overall we feel that the benefits of our harmonious working environment will yield better results than spreading ourselves too thinly. In due course we expect to be able to staff the office once again, but in the meantime, if you need us you will find us at 2 The Parade, Claygate or on the original Hinchley Wood phone number 020 8398 0265. GoogleI have been dealing with this agent and Roly Matthews a Director for over 3 years as Executor of two estates which had been locked in a legal battle blocking and delaying the sale. GoogleOur experience could well go down as one of the most efficient of 2019 /20. On my initial enquiry of the possibility of selling my house action was immediate. Numerous viewings took place within a week, and within 2, a deal had been concluded. My impression was that this happening was mainly as a result of their 'directory' of potential buyers to call upon. From this point on, I was impressed with the very professional way that both Roly and Howard handled the transaction and maintained good communications as to the progress of the sale. This is an Agent that I would highly recommend.
