We just recently purchased a house through Hamilton Smith, we dealt with Andrew and James. We could not fault the service, from start to finish they were brilliant. Both attentive and professional which made the whole process a lot smoother. Communication was very good, was never an issue to book viewings and not once did we feel rushed. Margaret, no-one left early. You arrived 20 minutes late to your appointment but did not bother to ring us to tell us you were going to be late. Our systems have logged your call to us at 12.50pm to inform us you had arrived at the property, your appointment time was 12.30pm. Would you be 20 minutes late for a doctors appointment, a hospital appointment, or 20 minutes late for your bus or train?! Your review is dishonest and slanderous and has been reported as such.

We had used Hamilton Smith Claydon Office before on our first purchase at Crocus Close and the service was exemplary so it was a no brainer to use them again for our successful sale and purchase. James, Andrew and Angie are just amazing. They were a consistently approachable and professional bunch, and always on hand to update and help with any concerns. Highly recommend them.
