Felt incredibly judged getting a valuation. I was asked over the phone “why us?” then again on arrival which makes you feel your intentions are under question. I am a seller and they sell properties..? Pointers on how to improve my property came across as quite rude actually and not as constructive criticism which I expect to receive. Paul did the valuation and explained why he thought that was the ideal price and also showed me similar properties that had recently sold in the area. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy.
