GoogleWe recently went to Gerard and Mark from sherry fitzgerald Hanley on advice on selling our house. From the very first phone call they were so professional and courteous. The pictures that they took for the advert was like something taken from professional photographer. I would highly recommend these lads. GoogleI have bought and sold a house through Sherry Fitzgerald Hanley, as a buyer I found Mark and Gerard to be forthright, upfront and attentive about the property we were buying, this all proved itself true after the sale. Based on our positive experience as buyers we then sold our previous home through SFH, Gerard gave us excellent advice regarding -(a) when to enter the Market (b)how to price our property (c)how to present the property. All of this advice proved itself when we came to sell the property. We were very happy with how Gerard advertised and promoted the sale and their attention to detail in dealing with prospective buyers. When it came to negotiating the sale Gerard's years of experience came to the fore and we were very happy with the subsequent outcome. When we sold our house, their advice about pricing, and about when to accept and when to reject an offer was spot on. Their advice about renting, rental value, and tenant selection was also spot on. I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.

Having purchased a property from sherryfitzgearld ,Renovated it and then went back to the office to whom I purchased from,and asked would they be interested in marketing our property,only to be messed around by the principle of sherry fitgearld,traveling a hr to leave a key available ,this was 3 weeks ago march 2023 ,only to find no one arrived to even look at the property for pictures , measurements etc ,This is no way to treat customers ,we wouldn't treat our clients in such a fashion nor do we expect to be treated in such a hap hazzard manner .Imagine turning down a new build 3 bed house ,A rated ,and not have the courtesy to ring and say look sorry we won't be marketing your property ,even when it was this branch in cork we purchased from .☎️A SIMPLE PHONCALL OR EMAIL WOULDNT GO AMISS
