I just wanted to give a shoutout to Pippy Proger, the real estate agent who helped us buy our new apartment. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! One thing that really stood out to me was how prompt she was - every time we had a question or concern, she was right there to help us out.And the process itself was incredibly smooth. Buying a new apartment can be stressful, but Pippy made everything feel easy and straightforward. This company is amazing especially Mark Lawlor. They sold my house quickly and efficiently. It was really easy to catch Mark on the phone for any queries. He did a great job in getting the best price for my house whilst having great integrity by giving transparent information both to me and to the buyers. He guided me and provided excellent advice from start to finish. I give Sherry Fitzgerald 5 stars and will definitely use them in the future. They are a little dearer than other companies but it's worth it for a seamless service. I got a valuation from another company for the same house and they valued it €105k lower than what Sherry Fitzgerald valued it at and obtained so Sherry Fitzgeralds valuations are more accurate.

We sold a house in Galway with Sherry Fitz. I really regret choosing them. We did had some bad luck. The agent had an illness mid way the sale and then another agent had to sell it who'd no interest as, our property was small. But also, their process is to only do viewings twice a week. If people couldn't make those viewings they wouldn't show them the house. It definitely didn't show the house to all those who might have been interested. The second agent didn't follow up with several people who'd shown interest, despite me asking if she did. Over all, there far better agents in Galway who are flexible and will do more work to show your house. Before you sell, contact a few agents as if you are buying and see how easy the make it to view a house etc. Wish I'd done that.

All emails or calls were answered or returned, if not Immediately then within a couple of hours, all communication was friendly and professional and everyone we spoke to knew who we were and what we might be calling about, meaning that communication was shared amongst the team and you didn’t have to keep repeating yourself. I used Sherry Fitzgerald Hanley to sell a property I had in the Claremorris area, I live in Dublin so I was unsure who to use which was quite tricky being so far away, the only reason I used Hanley was because they sold the property previously and received an excellent price I was so happy putting my trust in them as they well exceeded my expectations on the price I received in the end I met Gerard Hanley and Mark at my property for the valuation they where very professional and they advised me on a figure to advertise online at first, stating it should receive more and by god did it I also kept in contact with Kristyn in the office on a regular basis and she answered any of my queries promptly and very professionally Top marks to all!! She contacted the real estate because I was leaving the house to include another person in the contract, they made an agreement with my ex to pay only her part because they will sell the house in 2 months. After this they decided to try to find some excuse for don't pay back complaining about the mattresses, luckily we had pictures to prove was so bad. Later on was excuses about don't have acess to his father account because he passed way. An huge company should not support this kind of things.

Recently sold our house through Sherry Fitzgerald Hanley (SFH) in Claremorris and felt I needed to jot down a strong review for them. The initial house appraisal and valuation was comfortable and quick, realistic and practical. The house went up for sale and we had buyers within a month; the odd patch of turbulence dealing with buyers was handled easily by Gerard (Hanley) and the whole process ticked over easily. SFH also have a strong office team who are super alert and provide efficient backup whenever needed. Comms and updates from the team are clear and frequent, the whole sale process was as straightforward as you could wish for. So, I strongly recommend Sherry Fitzgerald Hanley, they are quite clearly both expert and practical and did a great job, simply put.
