GoogleI am deeply disappointed with the experience I’ve had with Alliance. I purchased an apartment at Vision Tower, 10-12 Whitworth Street West, Manchester, through one of their agents, believing that I was making a secure investment. However, I have now found myself caught in a nightmare.
The development has gone into administration, and I am now facing the uncertainty of whether I will ever see my hard-earned money again. Throughout this ordeal, the agent has been unresponsive and unhelpful, offering little to no support as I navigate this difficult situation.
It is clear that the due diligence expected of a professional agent was not performed. There was no indication of the financial instability of the developer, and I was not warned about the potential risks involved. As a result, I am now left dealing with the fallout of this disaster with little guidance or assistance from the agent who sold me the property.
I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business Alliance to reconsider. The lack of transparency, support, and professionalism has been truly disappointing. This experience has been a costly lesson, and I hope others can avoid the same fate.

Communication was inconsistent, key details kept changing, and I felt misled at several points throughout the process. When I raised concerns, they were either brushed off or met with vague responses. It became clear that transparency and accountability are not priorities for them. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this company with your money or property decisions. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.

He lied to me outrightly during contract negotiations when I requested the insertion of a deposit insurance clause. I was foolish enough to believe his lie, but having done some consultation subsequently, I have been advised that I may have a legal case, as I have email evidence to prove that he lied; and his lie was a considerable factor in my deciding to invest with the company. Still weighing my options, and I will take a decision after I see how much of my money can be recovered from this fiasco.
Please avoid this company like a plague, their representative lies with amazing ease and confidence.
