I’ve recently brought my first home with Steve Grantham and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. During the viewing I noticed how clued up the estate agent Nathan was about the property, being able to answer all of our questions about it. Once a sale was agreed their communication was excellent, keeping me updated at every stage right up until completion. They were also more than happy to answer any questions I had and resolved them very quickly. I would definitely recommend Steve Grantham to anyone buying or selling a property.

Steve and the team really are amazing. Nathan was great when selling, lots of advice and ensured he knew all about the property before arranging viewings. Steph is the best liaison person while the sale is going through. The team provided the best support all the way through the process and kept us fully informed of all information at all times. They proactively engaged with other agents and solicitors in the chain to ensure we had the best information available as to what was happening and what was still needed. House buying and selling is a stressful experience but was made much less so by the team.

A stressful time selling a property on behalf of my parents to pay for my dad's carehome fees was made so much easier by Steve and his wonderful team. Steve's valuation was spot-on and after a flurry of viewings expertly coordinated by Sam, we had a buyer (asking price offer) within the first two weeks of marketing. We had used the same agent for the last couple of sales and purchases but we noticed that Steve Grantham seemed to be selling the vast majority of houses in the local area, so we decided to get Steve round to value. Steve is professional and really knows his stuff. He gave us a thorough but no nonsense valuation and was very clear about the realities of the market etc and how selling through him would look in terms of marketing strategy, costs etc. Everything he said was 100% accurate. If we had gone with other agents we would have ended up sitting on the market, reducing or not selling, but with Steve’s approach we were sold within a few weeks. His super gold star is for communication!!! He gave pretty much instant updates on viewings so we knew how everything went and just generally aces communication. The same goes for his team! Steph was also fantastic covering for Steve and got stuck in straight away and helped get everyone to an agreed completion date within a few days. There is not one bit of negative feedback I would give. Fab team!
