Dynamic team

Lamb & co are the best in Clacton. Nothing is too much trouble! They sold my house within 3 days of putting it on the market and every time i have needed them to answer any questions they’ve done it quickly & efficiently. This is 2nd time i have had lamb & co sell my house and I wouldn’t choose any other estate agents!

Fantastic Staff

We have just exchanged on the purchase of a property listed with lamb & co . They have been brilliant from the offset when I walked into their office and explained the type of property and location id like to purchase. They found the perfect match and our offer was accepted. The process of exchanging due to multiple reasons and complications unfortunately went from weeks to months. The process seemed to grind to a holt. Hayley Jones became our sales progressor at a time where it seemed nothing was moving the purchase forward. She instantly added a new positive energy and became the linchpin between all the parties. She set the tone for keeping everything moving forward and was vital in getting us to completion. Always available for advice and really enjoyable to work with. I hope to work with Hayley again and for anyone who gets her assigned to your case you are in very good hands. Tom Harley

Great experience as a first time renter

I went with lamb and co to rent my first flat. Being a first time renter combined with being chronically ill made my preconceptions of the process quite stressful. I'm glad to say lamb and co and there online vouch service they use for the application process made things very quick and carefree and before long I found myself in my new place, with utilities setup easily as part of the process. The agents I worked with (Lee Price and Coral Manning) were very understanding and professional every step of the way and took extra time to give me updates when there was any and explain more on anything I was unsure of. Hand to my heart can't think of anything they could've done better.

Would definitely recommend

Paris did a great job of keeping me updated with viewings etc. Once they had found me a buyer, Hayley (Sales Progression) was amazing throughout the progression of the sale, always keeping me informed of the next stage and chasing up all parties in order to complete. All in all, a great team effort - thank you!

Highly recommended Hayley our mortgage progressor…

Having never had a mortgage progressor before when moving house,(7th time ) we can’t highly recommend enough, Hayley being our advisor. She has been supportive and helpful throughout the process, keeping us up to date on a regular basis, giving reassurance when not everything was going to plan but we got there in the end. Also Tony Grothier our sales agent who assisted us with our sale and purchase and all viewingsNothing is too much trouble from these people who represent Lamb & CoHighly recommended

Extremely Impressed

We have been extremely impressed with the service from Lamb & Co. They have helped us find a new home, not an easy task for them as we live 100 miles away from Clacton, they have answered all questions and queries and Rachel especially has been very helpful. Thank you Lamb & Co.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

The service we received from Lamb & Co was absolutely outstanding. From our first meeting with Rachel through to our completion with Hayley, everything was plain sailing and professional. We were kept in the loop and updated regularly on progress. We can't thank the girls enough for their hard work and commitment.....this was very daunting for us as we lived at our previous property for 38 years, so when we had a question, hearing a friendly voice on the end of the phone or receiving a reassuring email meant the world to us. We can't praise this company enough.....Thank you Lamb & Co.

Let the success story of others attract you to your success. I have always had interest in binary trading so I can invest for myself and my family, but I was scared of lost until I got convinced by seeing a lot of people giving testimonies about Mrs Elizabeth Bays an expert binary trader. and then i decided to finally give it a trial, so far so good, I have made 15,500$ in just a couple of weeks I started trading.
