GoogleI have worked with Anne Caro on a few occasions and she is a real expert in her field. Anne has worked in this business for many years and I know I can rely on her to assist to move transactions forward. She is always available to speak even out of work hours. Anne is so calm and knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. Thank you as always Anne!

GoogleLaurence Leigh Residential was highly recommended by a friend that has used this agency for several home sales and purchases. Selecting Laurence Leigh Residential was an important decision for us as we were selling our family home of the past 18 years. Laurence provided excellent market colour while also listening to our views. We agreed upon a listing price and after receiving several bids accepted one that was within 5% of our listing price. Laurence and his colleagues Anne and Guy are an outstanding estate agency.

GoogleLaurence, Guy and Anne were all fantastic. They are a great team and this is definitely the best Estate Agency I have ever dealt with. They are extremely hard working, courteous and patient and achieved our objectives. Highly recommended

GoogleLaurence Leigh Residential Ltd is without a doubt one of the best Estate Agents I have worked with in St Johns Wood. Sam Robins, Lettings Manager, was very experienced and motivated. He provided feedback on a daily basis and assisted in all steps of the rental process. Fees were competitive and performance excellent. Thank you Sam for your professionalism and great work. I was very impressed.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have known Laurence for 18 years since we bought our house through him. So when it came to selling, we knew who to call. We were also in the market for a simultaneous purchase. Throughout the process, Laurence and his team were extremely helpful, understanding, polite and honest. They have vast knowledge of NW8 and W9 neighbourhoods. We were very happy with our sale as well as purchase., both done through Laurence. In what was a very stressful period of selling, buying and moving on the same day, Laurence Leigh Residential made the process so much easier to deal with. We would highly recommend Laurence and his team.

GoogleLaurence’s knowledge of the property market in around NW8 is second to none. His realistic ‘can-do’ attitude makes him a stand out estate agent in the area. The professional team at LLR will never artificially inflate a price to obtain an instruction. Their honesty and integrity are widely known and very much appreciated. Highly recommend using Laurence and his team. They are very responsive and has the ability to effectively and efficiently manage the most complex of transactions and difficult moving parts. Laurence takes immense pride in his business and a relationship with Laurence will never come to an end at the conclusion of a transaction.

GoogleWe received 3 offers within 1 week of putting our property on the market and got our full asking price. We used Laurence after some disappointing experiences with (inter)national agents. Laurence was the agent that we originally bought our house from 20 years ago. We remembered him very positively but had previously felt that it was safer to go with a national agent for renting the property out and for a previous, aborted attempt to sell. We chose Laurence this time around in part due to our previous positive experience with him, partly because we thought he might be better connected to the local market, and partly because he offered better pricing advice than others. We are very happy with how the process went and thoroughly recommend Laurence Leigh to anyone looking to sell their property.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWonderful experience dealing with Laurence and team, especially Viola. Rarely you come across such an agent who brings the human element in business.

GoogleWe had a shockingly degrading experience dealing with Laurence Leigh Residential as landlord, not to any fault of the landlord. So for any landlords wanting to rent out properties, if I were you, pick another agency that will treat your future tenants the way that agrees with you, dealt from Sam Robins.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
Hi I am Laurence Leigh the owner of the business. I was extremely disappointed to see your review on google. I take any negative reviews very seriously indeed. Sam Robins has no recollection of dealing with you (Blessings Chang) or any seemingly disappointed potential tenants since he joined the company (see the positive reviews he has had). I would really like to understand what the issues were from your point of view. i have looked up your name/contact details on our data base and cant find anything. Therefore I would be very grateful if you could contact me laurence@laurenceleigh.com to discuss further.

GoogleI am a medical consultant. I have been renting through various letting agencies for nearly 20 years. I have rented my current home from Laurence Leigh Residential about a year ago. It has been the best expereince so far, and I'd definitely rank them as the best agent! They have a lovely team. Sam Robins, the letting manager at St John's Wood, is so professional, but also down to earth person with wonderful manners. I recommend them highly! GoogleSam was always available to answer questions and helped me through the whole process to find a flat. I would highly recommend him to anyone who plan to move.

GoogleWe have worked with Laurence both on the letting and buying sides. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Perhaps more importantly, he is fair and trustworthy, and I wish I could say that about all London agents. One of our transactions turned out to be quite challenging and took 3x longer than expected, but Laurence remained persistent and responsive through all the twists and turns.

GoogleCannot recommend the team at LLR enough. After being very patient with our years long house search, Laurence found the perfect house for us and was with us every step of the way to make sure the sale went through. Laurence and his team made our extremely complicated house purchase happen, all thanks to their expertise, diligence, and professionalism. And they are all so nice and pleasant to deal with!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
