It is the best agency I have worked with and the best flat I have lived in. My flatmate and I were renting a two bedroom apartment at Kingston Upon Thames, but we left it due to work relocation. Robin and Jonathan are always very helpful, respond easily, take action if needed, very easy to communicate with, and very nice respectful people. Highly recommended agency to work with because they will just make your life so much easier and you wouldn’t have to worry about a thing.

We were extremely lucky to have Jack Rose Estates as our agent when we first moved to London. We had the perfect apartment and Jonathan and Robin were of great help through the whole tenancy term. Recently moved into a flat which is managed by Jack Rose Estates. Jonathan was our main point of contact for securing the flat. He was absolutely fantastic. All emails were responded to in a timely manner, and any concerns we had were patiently answered. We had some initial issues with the cleanliness of the flat when we first moved in (not the agents’ fault, as the flat was previously managed by a different agency), but Jonathan got cleaners in the very next morning and got it all cleaned up. Robin, as well, was tremendously helpful when we had anything to sort out. Alex, who does the property management, has also been wonderful. We’ve had some things that needed repairing, as you would for any flat, but she has ensured that they get fixed up in a timely manner where possible and has always kept us up to date regarding anything. Moving into and living in a property managed by Jack Rose Estates, has been as stress-free as moving into a new property can be. They are far, far better than any other real estate agency I’ve interacted with in the last 2 years in London. Just good and honest people. I cannot recommend them, to both tenants and landlords, enough.

This is my first time letting my flat via a property agent, a flat that I have loved and lived in for many years. Jonathan came highly recommended by a friend, and he certainly went beyond expectations! I went for the full management service and Jonathan & Robin were very attentive to my needs, realistic in setting budget expectations and did a great job finding the tenants that I was looking for. Jonathan was also very resourceful in helping me out with admin tasks as I'm not in London. Overall I had (and still do) a great experience and would highly recommend them to any landlords looking for an efficient and hassle free experience!

So many things can go wrong when you are trying to find place to rent, but if you will be doing it with Waring Property, then you shouldn't worry about anything.
