This is regarding the south Dublin office, Bad customer service, rude, impolite and unprofessional, unnecessary attitude when asking about the electricity meter, simple request. I’m always nice and articulate and yet the attitude coming from Savills is baffling to say the Least. Please avoid this agency at all costs when renting or buying, selfish and don’t care about you period.

I have tried many many times to call, but they never answer the phone or reply to any emails. I have great concerns over the massive hike to the quarterly service charge from £766.29 to £1060,92 but cannot discuss it with anyone - dreadful company

I have tenancy contract which has finished two month ago and they did not gave me deposit back. There manager is very aggressive and zero polite with people. Contract has started 12th of March and apartment was not ready til 20th of March

I really value customer support and the entire process here was shoddy. I was the sole bidder on the property for a number of weeks, no proactive communication and when eventually contacted several weeks later the price had now increased significantly without any notice to me. They only engage when seeking to encourage frenzy bidding, otherwise they have no interest.

Worst commercial letting agent ever. Savills did not care about the tenants at all. Maybe it is because I am in the affordable space. They have construction work frequently without noticing us. They play around with air conditioning without telling us either. The lady that is responsible even avoiding us by having receptionist lie for her saying she was on holiday.
