Great service. I had commented previously on our excellent experience with KF during purchasing and renting two very special properties we found through them. Now I can extend the positive feedback to the in-house tax accountancy department. Emily Ho gave us very speedy and to the point advice on all the questions we had and have as foreign Landlords and is managing our accounts very competently. Five stars again for KF!

I've lived in a Knight Frank managed property for about 5 years. Knight Frank are a great property manager, they respond to issues very quickly. Our property manager, Robin Macdonald recently addressed an issue of a water leak, and highlighted that I was due compensation rather than me chasing for it. Great property managers!

The worst customer services I have ever dealt with. They don’t reply to their emails immediately, it takes them weeks to get back to you. All they care about is MONEY, once they get your money they won’t care about you or your needs. They lied about the property facilities and I didn’t get my deposit since I left the property, it’s been more than two months!!!
