FacebookI worked with Jayne on selling my last property, many years ago, with a very favourable outcome. When I decided to move recently, once again she did an excellent job. Jayne is exceptional at what she does - friendly and relaxed about the whole process (and I am easily stressed!) her hints and tips about staging my house for viewers and her attention to detail in each room, made for great photos on the schedule and the video was a terrific surprise, as I didn't look at any videos of the properties I viewed! Most of all her understanding that although my house was on show, it was not a show home and I still had to live there whilst having viewers come and go. My house was sold in a week (again with an extremely favourable outcome!) and her regular communication during the necessary processes was really appreciated, as this is when things slow down as the 'legal stuff' starts. Even when there was little to report she still contacted me to keep in the loop.
Once my house was sold and new one bought, I was contacted by Cameron and again received an excellent service. His ability to explain the never ending legal jargon in a way I could understand was great. Again his communication was frequent either by email or phone.
Everything about the service I received from Cameron Stephen & Co was excellent, making one of the most stressful things in life totally stress free and I would whole heartedly recommend this team.

They were incredibly professional. Hazel spent a very (very) long time helping me bid for houses, she was always very thorough in her analysis, and helpful with her comments.
When completing the purchase, Fiona was extremely diligent, ensuring that every aspect of the sale was sorted. She uncovered a few aspects that clearly had not been sorted by the previous buyers. I was very happy with how thorough the service was.
Additionally, they were fantastic value for money and their communication is very clear.
