We've used Annan for several moves over the past 20 years, and they've always been excellent. Most recently I had a property for sale with another estate agent, but after twelve weeks on the market I'd only had two derisory offers. Switched to Annan and within two weeks the property was sold for the price I was expecting. Highly recommend.

We had a first class experience selling our property through Annan Solicitors and Estate Agents. Michael knows the market inside out and gave practical and pragmatic advice. He set realistic expectations and we trusted his judgement explicitly. In very difficult market conditions and through some challenging personal circumstances the whole team was 100% supportive. We have used Annan to sell 2 properties in the last year and cant speak highly enough of the service they provide. Communication is great, we were really happy with how the property was advertised, and they were always on hand with friendly advice if and when required. The whole process from valuation, photos and marketing of the property was very smooth and the house sold in under 2 weeks. I sold my flat and bought my new property with the support of Annans. They were extremely professional from start to finish for both transactions and advises me well all the way. From pricing my property, to getting it ready for viewing, the viewings itself, dealing with offers and then moving on to the conveyancing side, I couldn’t recommend them enough. This was my 4th sale of property and the best experience I have had and will definitely use them again if I ever decide to move on again.

We first used Annan several years ago when we wanted to rent out our flat. Annan were excellent not only in finding tenants but they were tenants you wanted to have. Our tenants only moved out because they were relocating. Annan also kept on top of all the legal requirements relating to property rental. After years of good reliable service it made sense to ask Annan to sell our property when we wanted to sell. They were very professional. The entire process was smooth and concluded within four months.

They were friendly and efficient, gave great advise on the mkt and kept their eye on the ball throughout the sales process. This is my first time selling a property. We knew that Annan Property had a good reputation for selling properties quick and that’s what we wanted. We weren’t disappointed we had our first offer in less than a week. Any questions or queries we had the team at Annan were quick in getting back to us. This was very reassuring. They also have their own solicitor which saved us having to find one, we found this solicitor much cheaper than another one we checked with. The team are very friendly, and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!!Everything just happened and we didn’t have the stress of having to worry about anything. Thank you Annan.

I would highly recommend Annan estate agents and their solicitors team when selling my property. We originally had our house on the market for 9 months with another estate agent and decided to switch to Annan based on a recommendation from friends and family and their record of sales in the area. They managed to sell our property within weeks and helped us purchase our new family home. I cannot thank them enough. Michael Annan and his team was available to help us evening and weekends and pick up the out of hour viewing requests and responded immediately to viewing enquires.
