GoogleI was introduced to the team at Savills and instantly instructed them to try and let my house out. They were incredibly professional and amazingly I had 2 offers of the asking price within a couple of days, one of which I accepted. I would like to give a special mention to Lucy who ran the show for me and she was amazing. Highly recommend this team at Savills.

Lucy and Louise are very efficient in finding suitable tenants and getting them placed into the properties. Lucy is responsive to all queries in a timely manner and always available to answer questions. I highly recommend using them if you have a property to let in the Cotswolds

Sebastian and his team provided an outstanding service in selling my house, and it is absolutely clear why Savills has such an exceptional reputation as a company. Sebastian’s professionalism, knowledge of the market and approachability meant that all matters were handled fairly and there was always room for discussion. The excellent teamwork amongst staff meant a great level of trust and communication was maintained throughout since members of staff were up to date, and able to handle my queries, and they were all very friendly. Ben took on further matters and handled them really well.

GoogleAs a buyer we obviously do not pay Savills for their service but their help, advice and approachability was outstanding during a complicated buying experience. Nothing seemed too much of an issue, questions were answered quickly and efficiently (however stupid the questions may have been!) and there seemed to be a genuine empathy. The welcome package was a nice touch too. Big thanks to Penny, Anthony, Henry and especially Ben for his patience and time

GoogleI would recommend Savills to anyone wishing to receive an exceptional service. The whole team in the Cirencester branch worked tirelessly to sell our property, which was a challenge. At no point did I feel that they were wasting our time bringing around people that were not really interested in our property. This was a complete contrast to another local Estate Agent who bought around a handful of people who were not interested. Thank you so much to everyone in the Cirencester branch.
