GoogleThis was an extraordinarily difficult transaction because of the apparent lack of knowledge of the purchasers solicitors and the lack of knowledge of the purchasers themselves regarding country properties. What was promised to be a quick cash purchase took 4.5 months to exchange. Rupert Sturgis did an amazing job keeping the deal struggling on through thick and thin. He deserved his fee.
