Great service yesterday from the property management at Knight Frank. I had a serious plumbing issue in an apartement managed by them: got in touch first thing with the property manager (Miss. Speteliunaite) and she has been very efficient in getting the landlord to approve the expense and organising with the plumber to come over and get everything sorted by late afternoon. The overall service is good, though there have been some delays in recent months with regard to property management - as landlord my property manager was unable or unwilling to keep me informed about the progress of redecoration works which were taking place between tenancies. The reason given was that the property was empty but as a paying client I would like to have been kept informed.
