I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Butler Sherborn and especially Lucia, who was nothing short of phenomenal throughout my house purchase. What began as a straightforward transaction turned into chaos when the buyer at the very bottom of the chain withdrew at the eleventh hour for reasons outside of our control but Lucia was the driving force that helped keep everything on track. She was calm, proactive, and relentlessly focused on getting us all to completion. Her communication, professionalism, and sheer determination went far above and beyond anything I could have expected and without Butler Sherborn and Lucia, I’m certain everything would have collapsed.
