GoogleUpdate Adkins sold my house in October 2020, having previously let it for me. Paul and his colleges listened to me, and worked hard to find a buyer. Communication was excellent throughout. My only initial concern was their move away from Rightmove, which in the end made no difference at all to the outcome. The price achieved was close to asking, and Adkins were proactive throughout. The Adkins property group were very helpful and accomodating, we moved across the country so the process of viewing and doing the paperwork wasn't as simple as 'popping around the corner' to take a look. Paul accommodated this through the whole process, including weekends and evenings, the process and paperwork was also provided in a clear and well-documented manner, something I have had issues with with other agents in the past.
