They made renting a property such a smooth process; they’re very thorough, providing all the relevant documentation and resources (safety checks, manuals, the responsibilities and rights of tenants and landlords, respectively, etc.). Gas and electrical safety checks, when due, were organised efficiently and I always received plenty of notice, should an appointment time be unsuitable.
