GoogleThe house was delivered in spotless conditions. I had planned to perform deep cleaning upon moving in but when we arrived, all was already very clean and tidy! Super appreciated.
They also placed some decorations to dress up the place a bit. Very appreciated too.
They also added sticky notes with instructions on the fridge, washing machine, etc. indicating basic maintenance and all documents and instructions were placed in the storage room very well organized and tidied up in boxes.
I would strongly recommend this auctioneer.

I currently live over seas and needed someone urgently to oversee the property as it was being vacated by current tenants at the time.
Having never met Donna face to face yet I have found her unbelievable to deal with over the phone. Everything has been so easy and she has found a great client to rent the property. It did need a lot of work when the last tenants moved out and Donna has organised everything with 100% transparency on costings and work completed, running all the numbers past me before she would go ahead.
