The marketing of the property was excellent and the communication around the viewings and viewer feedback was more than we had expected. Then lied to me about it. Another viewing I wasn't there they had the keys, left my door unlocked 10 hours until I returned. I accept mistakes but when I complained the response was that the superior did not believe me!!! Your review concerns an elderly lady whom for personal reasons, and this was an isolated incident, had to make use of the facilities during a viewing, as no facilities had been or were available in the vicinity due to restrictions. We are unsure how this incident could have been averted.
With regards to the second area of your review, we always ensure doors are secured upon exit and our colleague maintains this was the case however as a result of your assertions we have as a precautionary measure reviewed and further strengthened our protocols beyond that of any regional competitors.
We are sorry we could not agree to dramatically reduce our fees as per your demands directly to us, however we are pleased that we manged to sell your property to a ready willing and able buyer in a swift period and this completed at an extremely healthy sale price above your initial expectations.
