Homes Estate Agents Mudeford reviews

We bought a home off a seller who was listing with Tom Fowler and the Homes group. Tom was so helpful as we were first-time buyers in the UK and he explained the process clearly. He was responsive and amicable always, making time to show us around whenever we needed and even arranging his schedule to allow for us to have appointments with builders and contractors before we even exchanged. Tom also applied the necessary pressure to both sides' solicitors to keep things moving and on schedule. Thanks Tom and Homes!

We have recently exchanged contracts on our first property through Homes. We first enquired about propertys that were available that suited our needs, but as there was nothing available initially, we were put on a waiting list with a promise to be informed if anything became available. We received a call a short time later to say a property had became available, which we viewed made an offer, and had the offer accepted the same day!! It was perfect. As first time buyers Tom has been nothing short of a Godsend going above and beyond on several occasions to help with some teething issues getting the deal over the line. If you are looking at buying or selling a property I wouldn't look any further than using Homes - exceptional service friendly and always willing to go the extra mile.

There's only one agent for Mudeford and this is Homes Estate Agents. Tom was very professional from the onset and we were in a unique position, as live next door to the house we were selling. Tom's brief was to find a friendly couple or family who all the local neighbours could get along with. The transaction was quick and Tom delivered on my brief, a lovely young professional couple have brought the house. Tom has a through understanding of the market and lives in Mudeford himself, so therefore won't let you down. He takes great pride in his work and I have no hesitation in recommending him and will most definitely use Homes again in the future.

My new property purchase has had lots of challenges. Tom has been brilliant from the outset. Often when I called he had already chased and pushed the relevant parties to get things done. Being honest and informative as much as possible throughout. Every property I buy and sell from here in I’m will be with him. Thanks for all the hard work. We got there in the end.

Tom was excellent from the outset. His cheery and honest approach made it is easy for us to make informed decisions. Homes were very proactive, reassuring and professional during the whole process. With close contact between buyer, seller and solicitor he navigated the purchase very smoothly. I can strongly recommend this business and would be happy to recommend Homes. Thank you, Tom.

Great service, incredibly helpful, professional and efficient. Undoubtedly the best estate agent we have encountered in the Christchurch and Mudeford area. Made the purchase of our new property stress free and very easy, not a simple task.

I have never come across a less professional company! Rude staff and couldn't be any less helpful if they tried! Only want the commission but dont want the work! Avoid if you want efficiency
