Marie, thank you for your 3 star rating, it is unusual for us to receive such ratings, especially from people who are not customers? I can see that you made an enquiry some weeks back but other than that we have had no dealings with you? If you would like to discuss your views, please contact me via the email you used previously.

Having tried many times to contact this reviewer, we conclude that this is not a review of Belvoir Christchurch as the reviewer has never been a tenant or landlord of this office! Sarah, I would be very interested to discuss with you your 2 star rating as we have no record of you having been a tenant or a landlord at Belvoir Christchurch.
