GoogleI have just completed the sale of my property using JP & Brimelow Chorlton and couldn't be happier. Their service was recommended to me by a friend who had experience of their work and from my first contact with the team I knew it was the right decision. Eddie was friendly, professional and knowledgeable when he came to value the property. The sales team - Jodie, Jack and Ryan were excellent. They put me at ease straightaway. I am a born worrier(!) and when I had any questions they were so thorough and informative with their answers that I felt relaxed immediately. They always knew my name and property details and made the service feel so personalised. They provided regular updates and were easy to get in touch with when I had any queries, even with COVID-19 restrictions in place. The team were so reassuring throughout and I was confident they would get me the price the property was worth. Carole in aftersales was amazing. When a couple of hiccups occurred with my buyer she offered sound and professional advice and helped me reach the stage of completion without too much stress. Overall extremely happy with the service I received from JP & Brimelow and will definitely be referring their services to any friends / family looking for an estate agent.
