Binks Estate Agents Chorleywood reviews

I think the best way to summarise my feelings from my experience with Binks is that anything house related (in my previous experience at least) has the potential to be extremely stressful, but on both occasions with Binks (the first time some years ago when I dealt with Lettings, and more recently, their Sales team) I cannot recommend them enough. I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer and have a tendency to ask lots of questions, I have dealt with companies in the past who have made me feel like I'm asking silly questions, but Binks had nothing but patience for me. Every member of their team I have dealt with over the years has conducted themselves in a way that showed they genuinely cared about the process and in making sure I knew what was going on at every step. I cannot recommend Binks enough, they will make you feel comfortable, they will look after you and they will genuinely care. Thank you!

I have been a tenant for the past 10years and from day 1 I felt part of the Binks family. The team Binks has been such great agents addressing all our request without delay. Vicky has been excellent with her support and personal touch, Gill has covered Vicky very well in Vicky’s absence and Mr Binks himself does not shy away of doing any work, they all have been hands on. Thank you Binks family for looking after us the way you have and making us always comfortable past 10years. I would strongly recommend them and I give them 7* for their personal touch and sensible and professional approach. Ofcourse this confirms that our landlord is amazing too by choosing and trusting Binks as their property agents. Great job

I have had a long (30+ years) relationship with Binks Estate Agents during the many years we were abroad and always had kind and efficient service from the team there. I have recently used their services to successfully sell the house and once again have been delighted with their kindness and efficiency. I am happy to recommend them to anyone whether they are renting or selling their property. Liz Atkinson

Can’t thank the Sales team at Binks estate agents enough. Just when it looked like our sale had fallen through, they worked tirelessly to resolve a difficult situation, and it was only thanks to their contacts and quick thinking that our buyer was soon back on track and we were able to complete the chain. Amazing service that can’t be faulted.

The team at Binks has gone above and beyond the call of duty throughout our almost 4 year relationship with them. From managing our property as a rental to assisting us with the sale under very challenging circumstances. They have balanced efficiency and professionalism with empathy and diplomacy and have achieved what often felt like the impossible with a long and complicated chain. Binks stand head and shoulders above other agents that we have dealt with and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

These guys are brilliant!! They emphasised they were an independent family run company and with the care and attention our sale got, I really felt this. Just incredible! Unfortunately we couldn't find a property to move to thanks to COVID and we decided to rent from Binks as well to stay in the area. Just like the sales team, the lettings side of the business is lovely to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Thank you Binks

We recently used Binks to sell our much loved family home. We received excellent service. The particulars for the property were beautifully done, they organised an Open Day and we received 6 offers the following day and it was sold!. They really went above and beyond to help my parents through what was a very difficult time for them. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Having historically experienced other estate agents in the area, it was a breath of fresh air to come across Binks. Their sales team were extremely professional and supportive throughout the whole process. What made them different from other agents was their attention to detail. I could not recommend the team high enough! Thank you for everything.

By far the best experience we have ever had with an estate agent. Binks dealt with the purchase of our new property and expertly handled quite a complex chain. From start to finish the customer service was exemplary and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone (I already have).
